Drop the signed exports (ZIP or JSON) your team saved from their work history. The signatures are checked, the same line is kept once, everything is sorted newest first, and you save one CSV or a page to print. The files are read in this browser and not uploaded.
When someone new takes over, who did which steps and when stays on record. The exports of the person before can go in here too.
The signature shows the export was made in this browser and has not changed since. It is not proof of who did the work: the name is whatever the person typed.
