Orihako Translate
Translate a subtitle file (SRT, VTT)
Only the lines are translated; every timing stays. The file is ready for YouTube or a player.
The browser's own translator does the work; the file is never uploaded to a server.
Words that must come out a set way (product names) can go in the glossary.
Your file is never uploaded to a server: the tool works in this browser.
How it goes
- 1Drop or choose the SRT or VTT file (or try a sample)
- 2Pick the language it is in and the one you want
- 3Save the translated subtitle file
Good to know
- It uses the browser's built-in translator, so it needs a recent Chrome or Edge; for a new pair of languages the browser downloads its translation data once.
- Free: one file up to 5,000 characters.
- It is machine translation: read it over before you publish.
