Mask a contract, then have an AI review it
A contract names the other company, its address, amounts and people: you cannot paste it into an AI as it is. Mask it, then ask which clauses work against you and what to check.
Steps
- Paste the contract into AI Mask. A Word contract can be masked as a file, keeping its look, in Translate (Mask a file).
- Add the other company as a Company and the deal as a Project in the words to mask.
- Leave amounts on Mask.
- Copy the masked text and ask the AI as below.
- Paste the answer in step 3 and Put back. If Numbers not in your text appear, compare with the contract.
How to ask the AI (example)
List the clauses of this contract that work against us (not 【Company A】) and what we should ask them, with clause numbers. Keep the 【】 placeholders as they are.
Finishing
Make a Word file gives a review note with clause numbers.

An AI's answer is not legal advice. A person reads the contract and decides.

- Something may be missed. Check the coloured parts before you send.
- Company and people's names are masked from your list (with “Find more names of people and companies”, names not in it are added as suggestions). Phones, emails, addresses and ID numbers are found by their shape.
